If your order includes items with different delivery times (including pre-order items), we will ship them together in one package. The order will ship based on the longest delivery estimate. This helps reduce packaging waste and carbon emissions.

Please note the following return guidelines:- Final Sale Items: Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Mystery Boxes: All Mystery Boxes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sets & Starter Sets: These must be returned in full. We do not accept partial returns from bundled or grouped products.

We offer an extended 30-day return window. Simply initiate your return or exchange through our return portal within 30 days from the day you receive your parcel, and follow the step-by-step instructions.
For orders from Canada, the U.S., the UK, the EU, Australia, and New Zealand, returns and exchanges can be processed through our Self-Serve Returns Portal. Please refer to our Return Policy for all the details.
Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. However, for exchanges within the U.S., we’ll cover the shipping costs for sending the new item(s) to you.
Final sale pieces and Mystery Box items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Direct exchanges are not available for international orders. However, if you'd like to exchange an item, we will help process the return and issue a gift card. You can then use this gift card to place a new order with us.

From time to time, we release exclusive pre-order collections featuring brand-new, unreleased designs. During the pre-order window, all items are available for purchase.
Once the pre-order period ends, only the most-loved pieces — based on customer demand — will move into our permanent collection.
