Num-Magic Return and Exchange Policy

At Num-Magic, we are committed to providing you with a hassle-free shopping experience. To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a flexible return and exchange policy. Below are the details of our policy:

Return and Exchange Time

Starting from February 1, 2025, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order through our self-service return platform. Please note that all return or exchange requests must be processed through our self-service return platform to ensure quick and convenient processing.

Return and Exchange Considerations

1.Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable Items:

  • Final sale items, gift bags, card sets, and Moon Magic electronic gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • For international orders, we do not offer direct exchange services. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return it and receive a gift card, which can be used for a new purchase.

2.Full Set Return Requirement:

  • If returning a set or starter set, the entire set must be returned to ensure the return process runs smoothly.

3.Shipping and Tax Fees:

  • Please note that all taxes, duties, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

4.Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If your item is damaged or defective, please provide clear images and a detailed description to help us resolve the issue quickly. If you are unable to provide images, please contact us for assistance.

Return and Exchange Process

Orders from the U.S., Canada, the U.K., the EU, Australia, and New Zealand:

Orders from these regions can be returned or exchanged via our self-service return platform. Please visit our online return platform and follow the prompts.

U.S. Orders: We offer direct exchange services. You can use our prepaid return label to return the item or return it using your own shipping method. Return shipping is at your expense, but we will cover the shipping costs for the exchanged item.

International Orders: International orders require you to return the item first. We will provide you with a gift card or voucher, which you can use for a new purchase on the website.

Other Countries:


If you are located in a country not listed above, please contact our customer support team, and we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.

Return Processing and Refund Conditions

Once your returned package reaches our warehouse, it typically takes 7 days (in rare cases up to 14 days) to process your return request. During this time, our warehouse team will inspect the returned item.

  • After processing your return, we will confirm and complete your refund via email.

  • Returned items must remain in their original condition, unused, and undamaged. If the returned item is damaged or defective, only partial refunds may be issued.

Warranty Policy

Num-Magic offers a 2-year free warranty for all jewelry products, which applies to all gemstones and the following metals: 925 sterling silver, 18kt rose gold, 18kt gold coin, 14kt pure gold, and 10kt pure gold. Our warranty policy is effective from December 1, 2022, and detailed terms can be found in our Terms of Service.
